The «Panorama» restaurant is situated on the seventh floor of the Opera Hotel.
The restaurant combines two styles: modern hi-tech together with paintings à la Salvator Dali. Sitting by the large windows or on the terrace, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the city, and especially the Opera and the Prospekt Svobody (Freedom Avenue).
The restaurant offers a creative menu, original table settings, and quality service.

Кухня - супер, а главное вид на город ну просто потрясающий!
Готувати не вміють. М'ясо бажано не замовляти, в любій сельській кнайпі готують ліпше. Дорогі якісні вина і саме дешеве гидотне пиво. Ціни скромно поїсти ~300 - 400 грн. на людину. Супер панорама з видом на дупу ангела на оперному театрі. Загально - дешеві понти за грубі гроші, але якщо Ви лох - цей заклад для Вас.
