Performance “Take it with you now”

About the event:
The action of the play “Take it with you now” by the Romanian director Alin Uberti takes place in the Pidzamche district of Lviv.
Based on Dmytro Levytskyi’s play “Three Cripples Came”

Three average people stand in an average space and do nothing. They don’t work. They hesitate. They hesitate in front of a mountain of ordinary memories that will not disappear anywhere. The words, when spoken, sound like an ordinary goodbye. Despite the total indifference of the world to this trio, time shows compassion and stops at Pidzamchi until they find their perfect farewell.
Presentation of the zine “One more step of Ivan Moldun”

About the event:
Zine is the third form of storytelling, the story of Ivan Moldun along with an article and a photo exhibition. A zine is a hybrid format that combines visual and text story formats.
Journalist and native of Mariupol, Ivan Stanislavskyi, before the start of the full-scale war, was interested in local history and researched his hometown. After the start of the full-scale invasion, he moved to Lviv, where together with his colleagues, he published the photo guide “Mariupol Monumental” and the photo album “All Shades of Mariupol Mosaics”.
Classics by legendary composers by candlelight!

Experience the magic of classical music in an unparalleled candlelit atmosphere at the “Classics of Legendary Composers by Candlelight” concert. The most famous works of Antonio Vivaldi, Paul McCartney, Astor Piazzolla, John Williams, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Niels Gade and Johann Sebastian Bach will be performed by the Academic Chamber Orchestra.

About the event:
Ansa (Alma Poisti) lives in Helsinki. She earns by placing goods on the shelves of a supermarket, and also sorts plastic for recycling. Most women her age have families, but she is still single. Somehow, she meets the equally lonely Holappu (Jussi Vatanen). He is a handyman, abuses alcohol, and does not plan to change anything in his life. A chance meeting changes both of them. Kholappa finds the courage to get rid of addiction. On the way to a happy, harmonious relationship, both will have to work hard.
The tragicomedy “Fallen Leaves” was filmed in a co-production between Finland and Germany. For the director and screenwriter Aki Kaurismäki, this is the 20th film and the continuation of his cycle “Proletariat”, which was planned as a trilogy. The first film of the cycle was released in 1986. This film was presented at the Cannes Film Festival, competed for the Palme d’Or and won the Jury Prize. Also, the film was nominated by Finland for an Oscar.
