Who is Yuriy Izdryk?
Yuriy Izdryk is a modern Ukrainian writer, poet, cultural expert, translator, publicist, musician, and artist. He is one of the most famous and influential figures in Ukrainian literature and culture of the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
Izdryk has a lot of creative works. He is the author of various novels, short story collections, poetry collections, essays, and translations. Moreover, the writer’s works have been translated into English, German, Polish, French and other languages. Yuriy Izdryk is also a laureate of prestigious literary awards (for example, “BBC Book of the Year”, “Independence”, “Skovoroda”, “LitAccent”).
